ZIRE CONDOMINIUM SALE OFFICE @ PATTAYA THAILAND

PROJECT : This small architecture was built close to pattaya beach, thailand to serve as sale office of a condominium zire Wongamart. THe function of the building was divided into 2 parts, the first part was for reception and information for the client. The second part was the mock-up room for sale. After completion of the project, This building would serve as beach club.

 

DESIGN :  The propose of design was to make this architecture look simple and in harmony with the nature nearby. the rectangular shape and stone texture was used in the design. The indoor space were seperated with large glass partition but the feeling of indoor and outdoor was not seperated. it was still linked. Floor and wall were finished with the same material of the same color and pattern. Plain grey color was selected. At the middle of space was the area for reception. A reception counter was placed in front of the stone wall of 5m in width and the ceiling height. The stone wall would be used for display of a variety of beverage when the room serve as part of Beach Club after completion of this project
