PROJECT : This project was designed when working at Soda (Thailand). This project was located in a restaurant in Novotel Kolkata, India. The space in the restaurant was divided into 3parts- outdoor,indoor and the private room. The outdoor functioned as a bar for servingbeverages while indoor functioned as for dinning

 

DESIGN : The characteristics and features of a cave were the inspirations for the design of this restaurant. Layers in casade made up the wall and ceiling of interior space. The interior and exterior space
were sperated by soft texture material and hard texture material. Material used for exterior would be of hard texture to represent a cave while material used for interior would be white soft material like white leather. Sofa and back rest,wall and partition should conform to concept design, Layer in Casade. Table made from solid rock and stool made from solid wood should be used.
